By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province or country of residence. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Accuracy of Information

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, pricing, and availability on Zyvaira are accurate. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

3. Products and Pricing

  • Prices for our products (Luxury Bags, Travel Gear, Modest Wear) are subject to change without notice.

  • We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will be 100% accurate.

  • We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a confirmation call or WhatsApp message is mandatory. If the customer does not respond within 48 hours, Zyvaira reserves the right to cancel the order.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect a fraudulent transaction or a breach of our terms.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Standard delivery takes 3-5 working days across Pakistan.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors (weather, strikes, or courier delays). Zyvaira is not responsible for such delays.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the Zyvaira logo, designs, images, and text, is the property of Zyvaira and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use of our brand assets is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
